Zero to 1: Unlock 'The Observer', Transcend Thoughts and Feelings & Gain Clarity
Mindfulness & Meditation
4 INSIGHTS
I.
Meditation helps you become the observer. You are the witness of everything that happens inside of you.
II.
When your thoughts come and go, you realize that you don’t go with them. You then discover that you are not your thoughts.
III.
By observing how your feelings emerge, take over your entire state of being, and then fall away and disappear into thin air, we recognize that we are not our feelings.
IV.
You begin to realize that you are not in conflict with the world or what is happening outside of you but with your own felt sensations. It's always our felt sensations that we are reacting to.

"Watching your own mind, not being carried off by thoughts, but observing them as if they were birds flying past the sky, that is to be aware." Alan Watts
II.
"Observing without evaluating is the highest form of intelligence." Jiddu Krishnamurti
III.
"The goal of meditation is not to get rid of thoughts or emotions. The goal is to become more aware of your thoughts and emotions and learn to move through them without getting stuck." Sam Harris
